Delivery information

Postage costs for my small Bonsai trees is £15.00, £30.00 for Medium Trees. Unfortunately, I have to add this to help cover the cost of posting a large and fragile item. The trees postage boxes may need a wooden base or sides to help protect the delicate leaves.

I do my best to keep the cost of my trees to a minimum. Collection from the location where they are displayed will be free. If you wish to collect a Tree, please contact me via Email to arrange this so we can deduct postage costs.

Shipping cost for all other small items is £4.99. Metal items are heavy, but mine are also fragile. Hence the extra effort in packaging.

I do my best to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials where I can.

I use Royal mail to ship my items. Orders are usually dispatched 2-3 days after order is received if the item is in stock.
