This piece has been in my mind for a while, and they have turned out exactly how i wanted.
The Stainless steel butterfly has Heart and Star details to its wings, flying over Stainless Steel fern leaves with added copper effect wire coming from the ferns.
These are mounted on a 8mm thick steel base which has a furiture protecting pad underneath.
There are two options for the butterflies, Plain stainless steel or slightly flamepainted wing tips to add extra colour. Please check the product images.
The items have been laqcuered to protect their shine and finish for as long as possible.

Even though I do my very best to protect the steel from rusting with lacquer, this is only temporary. I have learned from many people in the paint industry, that even with the best preparation, rust spots and lines will still form under clear coat lacquer. I beat myself up over this issue. I have had to come to terms with it as a unavoidable situation.

My dad bought 3x of the roses from your stall at last year's young farmers craft show, in the memory of our beautiful mum - myself dad and sister all cherish the beautiful item. I recently bought this along with another item. The quality is amazing and whilst the butterfly is the main attaction, and rightly so, the detail on the fern leaves are absolutely amazing.
